YampuGo is not able to offer advice regarding visas, passports or health requirements for international travelers. Please check with your country’s consulate office for the most up-to-date details regarding the above.
Some of our tours do require specific identification, (such as a valid driver's license for self-guided tours where you will be driving.) These requirements will be found on the tour page under the 'Additional Info' section of the website.
While travel insurance is not required, we highly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your travel purchases. At this time, YampuGo does not offer travel insurance, however our products can be covered under various independent insurance programs.
If you do purchase travel insurance, please review your policy carefully for specific terms and conditions.
YampuGo is only able to take bookings either via our website or over the phone. We don’t currently have offices that accept in-person or onsite bookings.

Most of our tour operators are able to provide child seats. Please be sure to add this request in the ‘special requirements’ field upon checkout. Once you receive your ticket, we recommend contacting the local operator directly to confirm this request.
NOTE: There may be an additional cost involved, depending on the local tour operator.
Unfortunately, all tours on the YampuGo.com website must be taken "as-is," meaning we're not able to make changes to the itineraries listed.
We do have thousands of options of tours to choose from - be sure to read through their itineraries and inclusions to find the one that best suits your needs!
We also offer several private tour options, meaning your group will be the only participants along with your guide. Sometimes these tours offer more flexibility, allowing you to help control the pace and locations visited during the tour.
To see if a tour is accessible or not, please click on the Additional Info or Before You Book section. Any information we have been given about special needs accessibility will be listed here.
If you require further information, you can contact us. Link to How can we help? / Contact Us
