Once you have completed a tour/activity and would like to leave a review, follow the steps below:
Verify that you are logged into your account.
Please note, Reviews are only available on tours and activities booked directly through the YampuGo.com website or through our call center.
If you are having difficulty logging into your YampuGo account, you can create a password and/or reset your password at any time by going here.
Forget PasswordNOTE: This must be done from a computer, as this function is not available on the mobile site.
Enter the e-mail address that your account is associated with and select submit.
A verification e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
Please ensure you check your junk mail folder; as our emails are occasionally routed there in error.
NOTE: The system will automatically lock an account after multiple attempts to change a password. If you receive an error when attempting to change the password; wait 48 hours and try again.
To ensure the best service where your privacy and subscription requests are concerned, once an account has been fully unsubscribed from our e-mail system, we don't currently have the ability to opt back in.
Please note: You will need your account when you’re done with your tour, if you want to leave a review of the tour on our website. Your account also provides you with a way to keep any future bookings organized and reprint your ticket if you should need.
In order to change the contact information that you currently have on your account, please follow the steps below:
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you also need to update your contact details on existing reservations, please be sure to contact the local tour operator directly on EACH reservation. Contact details can be found on your ticket under the heading "Important Information."
