How do I access my ticket?

Through email

You will receive your ticket in your confirmation email—usually within 15 minutes of booking your activities. However, sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to confirm certain activities.

We suggest adding info@yampugo.com to your Safe Senders list to make sure you receive all our emails, including this one.

If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.

On yampugo.com

You can always access your ticket through your yampugo account.

(Don’t have an account? Don’t worry! We created one for you using your e-mail address when you booked to help you keep your trip organized!)

Log in to your account (or click 'Forgot password?' to set up a password for your account.)

You can do this on your computer or on our mobile website. Once you’re logged in, here’s how to find your tickets:

On your computer

  1. Click on the Bookings link in the top right corner of yampugo.com
  2. You will see all of your bookings here. Click 'Get Tickets' to retrieve your ticket.

On our mobile website

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on the Bookings section. You will see all of your bookings and tickets.


No matter how you choose to get your ticket, we suggest you plan in advance: If you do not expect to have Wi-Fi or internet access during your trip, it is a good idea to print your ticket before you leave.

How do I get my ticket if I don't have internet access?

If you’re concerned about accessing your email or the internet during your trip, simply print your ticket at home and take it with you when you travel. Be sure to print the whole thing—including the barcode and meeting instructions.

If you are already traveling and do not have internet access, you may want to check with your hotel's concierge. They will either be able to print your ticket(s) for you or direct you to somewhere nearby where you can access the internet.
